In addition to ownership of commercial properties, Pollen has considerable project management experience. Managing Partner, Dr Mullen has experience in completing new headquarters for research institutes including the Australian Archaeological Institute at Athens (AAIA) and the Centre for Classical and Near Eastern Studies of Australia (CCANESA). He also oversees heritage projects such as the important multi-million dollar sandstone remediation at the Trust Building in Sydney’s CBD. Pollen offers client-side project management services, particularly for strata committees.
