Pollen Services created and operated a share-office space in Sydney's CBD, within the heritage listed Trust Building. Once the home of the Daily Telegraph, this prestigious heritage building now houses a mix of jewellers, boutiques and offices right in the middle of the city's developing "super-luxury" precinct. Our share-space provided three workstations available at an economical rate for start-ups, creatives or sole-traders between 2016 and 2019.

A spike in commercial property prices caused by the construction of the Sydney Metro (which led to the demolition of many strata office blocks in the CBD) meant that it was the perfect time to sell. We closed this project with some sadness, but Wayne has kept a strong connection with this superb property after accepting a contract from the Owners Corporation to continue his involvement assisting its heritage facade remediation project.
